NYC Part 2: Fall

The better part of the fall of my freshman year of college was occupied with exploring the city. I told myself that if I went to college in New York City, I had to take advantage of it. And I can proudly say that I have-- whether it be going to concerts (Lorde, Global Citizen's Festival, The Head and the Heart, Vance Joy) or seeing Broadway shows and plays (Les Mis, Once, Hedwig, Pippin, Matilda, Constellations) to having photoshoots around the city and exploring every neighborhood.

Jana and I have been friends for years and when we both found out we'd be going to college in the city, we knew we'd have to take advantage of the photo opportunities. Here's the result of one fall day.

The sky was on fire over the skyscrapers overlooking Central Park.
I went to Brooklyn for the first time for the New York Festival of Lights.

The night was windy and cold in my dress and light jacket but braving it was entirely worth it for these photos.
